Power Outage Instructions
Is your power out, or do you need to report an outage? If there has been no severe weather in your area double check in My Account that your most recent bill has been paid.
If your bill is paid but you still find that your power is out then your first order of business is always to call your local Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) directly. They will be able to assist you fastest in restoring power to your area and home.
